These terms govern your use of the OurFolks application, provided by lekkrami mostafa ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
OurFolks is a shared log that helps family members coordinate the care of a parent: which medication was given, when, by whom; notes; appointments; questions for the doctor. It records what you enter. It gives no medical advice, makes no medical decisions, and never replaces a doctor, a pharmacist or emergency services. Reminders are a convenience, not a safeguard: a phone that is off, silenced or low on battery can miss them. Always follow the instructions of the treating professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old. You must have the permission, or the legal authority, of the person whose care you record, and that person must be aware the log exists.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You keep all rights to what you enter; you give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to the members of your circle.
OurFolks is free for now. If that changes, we will tell you well in advance, inside the app, and nothing you already recorded will be held hostage: you will always be able to read, export and delete your data.
We work to keep the app available and correct, but we provide it "as is", without warranty, and we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, while the app is free, is nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk, and we will say why unless the law prevents us.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without affecting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
